[Building Sakai] Mneme upgrade from version 2.0 to 2.1.21

Good day.

We are in the process of upgrading an older sakai instance from 2.7.0 to
2.9.3.
One of the contrib tool Mneme will also need to be upgraded.

I am having some trouble finding documentation for the steps to execute to
complete this task, does anyone have any documentation or advice on this
subject.
