[Building Sakai] Roster Classique and Roster 2 heads up

Hi all,

Just highlighting a bit of a clash between roster1 and roster2. If you
install roster1 first it registers some functions as none user mutable.
This causes roster2's permissions setting code to error, as it updates
those permissions. The solution is to remove the roster1 components and
restart.
