[Building Sakai] Assignment 2 dependencies

Hi Jeremy,

After commenting out the above, I am now getting the following error as it
seem that the poms are only available on that repository.

The POM for uk.org.ponder:ponderutilcore:jar:1.2.4B-IU is missing, no
dependency information available
[WARNING] The POM for
uk.org.ponder.sakairsf:SakaiRSFComponents-templates:war:2.2.x is missing,
no dependency information available
[WARNING] The POM for
uk.org.ponder.sakairsf:SakaiRSFComponents-evolvers:jar:2.2.x is missing, no
dependency information available
[WARNING] The POM for uk.org.ponder.sakairsf:sakairsf:jar:0.7.2 is missing,
no dependency information available
