[Building Sakai] Understanding locales

Then If I've understood, you can see most of sakai (announcements,
schedulle... etc...) in Portuguese (form Brasil) and only a little part of
samigo (and maybe some strings isolated in other tools) in english... and
this part is supposed to have the right propeties fiel in pt_BR, but samigo
is ignoring these properties files.  Is this the problem?

The example you said "There is no time limit"

I can find the property in AssessmentSettingsMessages.properties

there_is_no_time_limit=There is no time limit

But in AssessmentSettingsMessages_pt_BR.properties

That property doesn't exist.

So the problem is that there are some texts not translated.

The best way to do it is to search in english the file where the text is
(search "there is no time limit") in all properties files in Samigo. You
will find that it's in an specific file and this text has a "name" -->
there_is_no_time_limit  then search this name in the pt_BR file. It it
doesn't exits... then you need to add it!!!  (and compile, and all this
awful things ;)
