[Building Sakai] Firefox 23 blocking mixed content

To disable it permanently, a user has to change FF config:

1. go to about:config
2. find security.mixed_content.block_active_content
3. toggle it to false


There is a whitelist feature request for this - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=873349.

Omer,

We are having this reported as well.

Mixed Content Blocking is now enabled by default in Firefox 23... Since 
this is a browser setting, which there does not seem to be a straight 
forward way of disabling it for users, we are kinda stuck.
