[Building Sakai] Discussion topic - assessable to only specific group

Hi All

I have created groups and wanted to link a specific forum and topics where
ONLY the members of a particular group is able to comment. However even
though I allow only the specific group permission to the forum and saving
the settings - it goes back to allowing all contributors access to the
forum. (see screenshots attached) It even happens when I try allowing only
participants permission. Is there something specific that I must do or is
this a "error" in the system?
