[Building Sakai] Extensive Site Names

The patch on https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-23567 addresses this.
(Makes it configurable) You'd have to patch this against your 2.9 and build
it, as it only is currently applied to 2.10 (the next version of Sakai)
