[Building Sakai] Evaluation System - Security exception

Hi All

We have a installation of Evaluation System version 1.4 but get the error
page below when clicking on an evaluation Permalink (causes 403 error). I
found a similar Jira online (EVALSYS-611), which states that it has been
fixed. Does anybody else experience the same? Any suggestions please?

HTTP Status 403 - Security exception accessing entity URL:
/eval-evaluation/16 (current user not allowed): User must be authenticated
to access this page
