[Building Sakai] Special Characters in Uploads

Hello all. I think this is somehow simple to solve but im having some
trouble with it.

 

We are using Sakai in our University with Dropbox and Melete plugins for
uploading materials. However, any materials uploaded with special characters
wont work.

 

The most surprising part is, IF i take out special characters in the links
URLS it works.

 

Does anyone knows the solution ?
