[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.9.2/JLDAP Issue

Our sakai_user_id_map table contains all lower case eid's.  When I login to Sakai, I use my LDAP username, in all lowercase and can login without any issue.

Sam, I tried to merge those patches in, and it did not solve my issue.

Does your sakai_user_id_map table contain eid's that are all lowercase or do they have capitals the same as whats in your LDAP? When you login to Sakai, what username do you use?

Hi Matt,

Can you turn up the DEBUG on the JLDAP and share the results?  Have you confirmed JLDAP is starting up correctly?

In our test environment, we are having an issue where in Site Info in our sites, the participant list is blank, and it should show LDAP users.  We use JLDAP as our login provider.  We found SAK-23362 which mirrors our issue, except for the fact that our participants never show up, even after refreshing.  We've applied the patch from this JIRA ticket to the JLDAPDirectoryProvider, but that did not correct the problem.  Any thoughts would greatly be appreciated!
