[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.9.2/JLDAP Issue

Hi Sam, please see attached.  I'm pretty sure the reason why this is happening is that the provider is looking for usernames that are in all lowercase, and our LDAP usernames contain capitals.

Hi Matt,

Can you turn up the DEBUG on the JLDAP and share the results?  Have you confirmed JLDAP is starting up correctly?

Hi, we are making preparations to upgrade to version 2.9.2.  In our test environment, we are having an issue where in Site Info in our sites, the participant list is blank, and it should show LDAP users.  We use JLDAP as our login provider.  We found SAK-23362 which mirrors our issue, except for the fact that our participants never show up, even after refreshing.  We've applied the patch from this JIRA ticket to the JLDAPDirectoryProvider, but that did not correct the problem.  Any thoughts would greatly be appreciated!
