[Building Sakai] Public user access

Hi all



We would like to allow access to public users for a Course Site. So even
without any log in, a public user must have the ability to look at the
Course Site.

Is Sakai capable of doing this? Do I need to make changes to the Gateway
Site and/or Realms?
