[Building Sakai] How Sakai OAE start with Apache-Tomcat or on a server?

Hi to all again,

On startup, I load the site perfectly, but some erorres happen as admin
access, change language ...

I've looked run.log file, which shows the errors when loading the portal. It
is about mysql, I think. Leave a screenshot attached:

What could have happened?

Also, I tried to modify the logo of Sakai in / devwidgets /
instituionalskinning / images / sakai_default.png, but do not load properly.

But locally, if I correctly visualize the changes
