[Building Sakai] How Sakai OAE start with Apache-Tomcat or on a server?

Hi all,

As you had mentioned me, it works by following the steps. 

But I encounter a problem. I cann't keep run .jar on the server, when I
close the terminal from which I access the server via SSH, run the command
java -jar ... but when I close that terminal, and go to the url, it's gone.

How I can keep .jar on always on the server?
