[Building Sakai] VendorHbmTransformerImpl etc

AdditionalHibernateMappingsImpl is used for loading HBM files from
non-kernel projects. It is mostly referenced in the XML files and
cannot be removed. It is not really related to DB2.

I don't think the VendorHbmTransformer is really being used anymore
but it could be helpful in the future.
