[Building Sakai] RSF 0.7.5 or greater in assignment2: correct repo

[David Wafula]

Ok so everything just build fine...but assignment2 stubbornly refuses to
pickup ckeditor. It still shows fckeditor. Is there anything else i might
be missing ? (i even did the restart )
