[Building Sakai] [Sakai CLE 2.9.1] Patch to support group submissions

Hello,

We are in the process of migrating our Sakai instance from 2.8.1 to 2.9.1.
We have installed on our 2.8.1 instance a patch for Assignment tool that 
enable Group Submission feature : 
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-22282 (because we are not using 
Gradebook with Assignment we are not experiencing this issue : 
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-23081).

We would like to install this patch on our 2.9.1 instance and it seems 
that it has not been updated for Sakai 2.9.X because of the related 
issue (SAK-23081 <https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-23081>).
Has anyone installed this "group submissions" patch on an Sakai 2.9.X 
environment?
