[Building Sakai] How hosting sakai in server?

That version (2.8) doesn't support 1.7, but Sakai 2.9 shouldn't have any
problems building or running under 1.7 (
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-20908). Though for Sakai 2.9 you
need Tomcat 7.

Sakai 2.8 = Tomcat 5.5 and Java 1.6
Sakai 2.9 = Tomcat 7 and Java 1.7 (or 1.6)
