[Building Sakai] How hosting sakai in server?

Hi all,

I hired a server to host Sakai 2.8.3. The server is hired with:

-> Apache-Tomcat 5.5.35
-> JVM version 1.7.0_17
-> JVM Vendor Oracle Corporation
-> Linux 2.6.32 with architecture amd64

I need help because I have tried to copy all the contents of my *Tomcat
webapps folder* in Tomcat webapps folder server but most tools not started.

Also I copied the configuration files, as *sakai.properties*.

I don't know if I need to change or configure a Tomcat configuration file. I
would greatly assist any tutorial or answer.
