[Building Sakai] Setup development enviroment

Dears;
i try to setup development environment   in eclipse but i didn't know how
to import projects to eclipse
and alot of error appear
so please can send steps to import projects into eclipse

i get project from
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/portal/tags/portal-base-2.9.1
