[Building Sakai] Sakai - CAS, redirect to sites

We had to fix this issue in 2.9.x with CAS. It may be fixed in trunk, or if not there are open JIRAs with patches. Rutgers contributed some of the fixes.

Hi all, in Sakai 2.6, you can go to /portal/site/foo using  CAS authentication, then you're redirected to the site when the credentials are OK.

In 2.8.2, the behaviour has changed, and now redirects to /portal despite you went to "foo" site.

Are you guys experiencing the same issue?
