[Building Sakai] No QA meeting this week - and Sakai CLE 2.9.2 testing

Good day,

We are moving to a bi-weekly meeting schedule for QA. Sometimes we will have as-needed meetings (to review the QA status of a release, etc).

We will send out an announcement when Sakai CLE 2.9.2-rc01 (release candidate 01) is ready for testing, probably within the next week or two.
