[Building Sakai] Problem with clustering??

We are seeing that sakai_cluster table is storing the wrong 
'UPDATE_TIME'. Because UPDATE_TIME is converted to timestamp in 2.9 in 
Oracle. It should be writing 'GMT minus or plus your time zone' but it 
is updating the current time.

Does anyone running 2.9 on Oracle 11g?
