[Building Sakai] Role for people that join site - SITE INFO

Hi everyone!
is it possible to customize which roles will appear for selection under 
SITE INFO -> MANAGE ACCESS -> GLOBAL ACCESS -> Can be joined by anyone 
with authorization to log in -> Role for people that join site ??

any properity for sakai.properties? we would like to remove from the 
site all our admin roles (usually roles that includes the permission 
site.upd)
