[Building Sakai] assignment wrong encode ?

I created group inside "site info" in "manage groups". 
I created the group name using cyrillic encode, but it is not showing the
group name correctly.
as shown in the picture above, there seems to be problem with recognizing
the encode.
in other sakai sites, it was working fine with cyrillic group name.
only in this part, it is not recognizing the encode.
can you help me on this.
