[Building Sakai] Too many copies of log4j.jar ??

The rsf tools is a fixed bug in RSF 0.7.5 and later - we should check 
that these are updated in 2.9 (I think they are in trunk.

The only non RSF tools I see there are profile2 and mailsender (I may be 
wrong with the later)
