[Building Sakai] new 2.8 binary for Lessons

I've just built a new binary of Lessons for 2.8. While it's built with 2.8.1, I've tested it with the demo copy of 2.8.2.

Recent work has been bug fixes and very minor UI improvements, so I consider the current binary fairly safe.  However you might want to wait a week or so to make sure no problems show up in Rutgers production.

The binary supports only the default tools, Forums, Assigmments and Samigo. Support for other tools is present in the source, but you have to make minor changes to the POM files.
