[Building Sakai] how to change"no-reply at ......" email from sakai.properties

There's a property called setup.request to define the return email address.
Yet unfortunately, it's not meet all the email notification scenes, 
because it's hard coded in some places.
I encount this problem these days when I planned to test all email event 
in my university.
The no-reply@[local] is hard coded in kernel, in tools logic, although I 
think it should be set via the setup.request property in the properties 
file.
I'm trying change all the "From" address to the setup.request value and 
set the no-reply@[local] as a default one, but this still in progress.
Maybe I'll make a patch later.
