[Building Sakai] gradebook2 loading issue

Can you open the browser's JavaScript console and check if there are any
errors in there? Also, are you using the regular portal (/portal or
/xls-portal) or are you accessing the tool via the PDA portal (/portal/pda
or /xsl-portal/pda)?
