[Building Sakai] OpenSyllabus Permissions

Hi All,

Can someone please direct me to somewhere where the OpenSyllabus
permissions are explained. I guess the first 3 are for Lecturer/Maintain
roles and the last one for Students? But I would like to understand it
better?
