[Building Sakai] gradebook2 loading issue

We, Claremount Consortium, plans to upgrade sakai 2.8.x from sakai 2.7.0.
Our current version 2.7.0 does not include GB2, but we would like to add
GB2 into Sakai 2.8.x.

We build our new sakai with Sakai2.8.x-all and we add some contrib tools,
melete, dashboard, evaluation, and signup. We successfully build and deploy
GB2, which is checked out from
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/gradebook2/trunk. (we apply
gradebook2.patch and sakai.patch). We also run sakai_gradebook2.sql with a
slight modification and add the below two lines into sakai.properties

gb2.gradable.role.names=Student,access
gb2.enabled.grade.types=points,percentaes,letters


Tomcat starts up successfully, but after adding gb2 into the test site and
clicking Gradebook2 tool, Gradebook2 simply says loading.....and never
display the page. Tomcat log says:
INFO http-8080-Processor25
org.sakaiproject.gradebook.gwt.server.WebAppToolServlet - Setting
Gradebook2 version = trunk
and then silent~


We have
CentOS *2.6.32-279.2.1.el6.x86_64*
Hibernate version---  *3.2.7.ga  *
java version "1.6.0_34"

Tomcat 5.5.28

MySQL  5.1.61


Would you mind telling us how we can fix this issue?
