[Building Sakai] missing build artifact 'kernel-1.3.0-SNAPSHOT.pom' ?

I believe Matthew Buckett said he also fixed this with 2.8.7-SNAPSHOT
pure-poms, if you wanted the latest 2.8 (1.2.x) kernel.
