[Building Sakai] sakai installation - tomcat doesn't start

Having a look at TOMCAT/logs/catalina.out.  There may be errors in there 
that give you a clue as to why Tomcat is shutting down immediately.  
Likely it's a problem with your Tomcat configuration.
