[Building Sakai] dashboard build error

When you build your Dashboard project, you want to make sure it's
looking for your custom branches which you merged the jira's into.
Maven stores this locally in ~/.m2/. For example, if your custom
Announcements tool is version 2.8-SNAPSHOT (found in
/announcement/pom.xml-> <version>), you'll want to make sure your
dashboard project is looking for that version of Announcements since
you have locally overridden it's API in your local m2 repo. In the
Dashboard tool (dashboard/pom.xml), you'd just need to update your
master version to the 2.8-SNAPSHOT in this case.

<version>2.8-SNAPSHOT</version>
</parent>
If you are running a different version other than 2.8-SNAPSHOT, just
change it to the version you are running. Make sure you build your
custom branches first.
