[Building Sakai] Clog permission question

Hi Adrian or anyone that can answer,

We are testing Clog 0.9.3 and the permission setting read.any for Comments.

The teacher creates a Post for everybody to read, and the read.any for comments is unchecked for the student. Then student 1 can see student 2's comments on the posting the teacher created. That can't be right, or?
