There's no such thing as Sakai 2.8.4.1;  Sakai 2.8.2 was out last official
release!

The list of fonts in the dropdown is in the FCKeditor config.js
file: webapps/library/editor/FCKeditor/config.js

The FCKeditor also loads its own CSS files... Check out the various CSS
files loaded by using a tool like Firefox's Firebug.
