[Building Sakai] Changing CKeditor skin

Hi
In Sakai 2.9, I'm trying to change the default CKeditor skin from the
default skin to the "kama" skin, which appears to be included. I've tried
updating the skin property in the config.js (and clearing the cache) but it
does not seem to have any effect. Is there a secret to this?
