[Building Sakai] Melete for Sakai 2.9

Hi Chris,

We do not have a latest release out yet..however the CKEditor 
integration work is underway. We expect to have a release that works 
with CKEditor by next month. We will not be testing with Sakai2.9 at our 
end however.
