[Building Sakai] Sakai Community Fork of Mneme (Test Center)

I'd be interested to hear from the Etudes folk about this issue, and if there is any way that development of their various tools can be better coordinated with the needs of the Sakai community.

Forking the code should probably be the last resort IMO.
