Odd where is that ref to the uct repo coming from? That shouldn't be there ...

Those artifacts should all be in sakai repo
And have been for 2+ releases. There should be no.need for a tool to use that repo

Are there artifacts that we need form the caret repo?  Any chance we can just pull it so we stop looking for things there?

In the sakaiproject repo (though from your log, I don't see if it looked there either). I just deployed it there though, all other artifacts should be there.
