[Building Sakai] Evalsys email problem

Hi
We're having a problem with emails not going out to the students in the
sites when Evaluation (evalsys) evals are opened. It works fine on a test
server. The main difference between test and our prod environment is that
prod is clustered. Could I be missing some special settings that support
clustering? We did recently move to a clustered server model.

Other emailing Sakai tools are working fine. I don't see smtp timeouts or
anything like that. Here is the tomcat output below. Any thoughts?
