[Building Sakai] [Lessons] Editing pageTitle does not update menubar or title upon save

I have an issue that has stumped me.

When we edit the pageTitle of a top level page, the change is not reflected in the menubar of tools/pages.

This is the first multi-instance tool that I've used, and I'm wondering what the mechanism is that sets the new title for the tool, since the default name is pulled from a config file.

I have seen the correct behavior on Rutgers' 2.9 nightly build, but our 2.7 instance with 1.4.0 of LB is not working. Could this be some difference between 2.7 and 2.9 in the tool name updating behavior?
