[Building Sakai] How to checkout the 2.9.0 tag source including all tagged indie source?

Folks - I would suggest that we switch trunk and tags from 2.9.1 point forward to be "all" style tags.

Lets make the "normal" tags be "all-style" and have the "partial" ones have a special name.
