[Building Sakai] Cas build failure

Hello Team,

I'm following the instructions on
https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASUM/Best+Practice+-+Setting+Up+CAS+Locally+using+the+Maven2+WAR+Overlay+Method

the problem is that I'm stuck at the step "Build it" where we build the Cas.
I have the Error below:

Can you please advise on what is missing in my pom.xml file??
