[Building Sakai] Tool request:Virtual Programming Lab

Hi All
We've had a request  for a SAKAI  equivalent to the VPL module developed by Moodle which basically assesses programming assignments buy running code submitted by students and executing it .
Does anyone know of a developed tool  akin to  this function?
