[Building Sakai] WebDav Connection

Hi all,

We are having trouble to connect to Resources with WebDav. Not sure what we
are missing. The Sakai 2.8.2 is installed on CentOS and the Clients are
Windows XP and Windows 7.
The error we get is similar to

We have the WebClient Service running.
