[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.9.0rc3 questions about email notification

Hi Axel,

#1 is not reproduced in my local 2.9.0-rc03. Please try to set
"smtpDebug at org.sakaiproject.email.api.EmailService=true"
in sakai.properties. It makes debug messages about email be logged into catalina.out.

#2 has been reported as https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-22690 , but not resolved yet.

Sincerely,
Yuki Yamada (Japan)
