[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.8.2 upgrade and Turnitin

I'm not sure if this is the issue you're experiencing, but here at Western
University we've noticed that editing existing assignments to use TII just
simply does not work. You have to create a new assignment and set it up for
TII.

We at Texas State are working on implementing this - using Assignment's
back-ported branch. For some reason, every time an assignment is edited to
use TII, we get the following error in our logs:

<returndata>
<rmessage>We only allow email addresses with 5-75
characters.</rmessage>
	<rcode>2110</rcode>
</returndata><!-- Turnitin API Return Data -->
2012-11-07 11:34:56,630 ERROR TP-Processor23
org.sakaiproject.assignment.tool.AssignmentAction -
org.sakaiproject.contentreview.exception.TransientSubmissionException:
Error logging in to turnitin: We only allow email addresses with 5-75
characters.

I don't believe the problem is really with the email address. Anyone else
having this problem or know what could be causing it? Doesn't matter who
the instructor is, or what options under TII are selected, same result.
