[Building Sakai] Integrating sakai 2.8 test &quizzes tool in sakai 3

Dear All,

Is it possible to integrate sakai 2.8 test and quizzes tool in to sakai 3
with minimal changes?
I want to know if it is possible to integrate 2.8 tools in to  sakai 3 with
out using hybrid deployment
