[Building Sakai] gradebook2 loading issue

catalina did not complain at all. provided error is generated by Chrome
browser console. IE does not complain, but just says  'loading'!
As I mentioned before, Chrome successfully loads the page.
Would you mind telling me about "GET to the Gradebook2 REST API" more?
